How can the MCRC help with Border Crossing Solutions?
Our MCRC units can be deployed and stationed along both the northern and southern borders. Key southern border crossing locations can be identified, which can be met. The MCRC can help meet the immediate needs of immigrants crossing the border. Immigrants will have direct access to water, ice, first aid.They will have the ability to contact relatives and let them know they are safe. If needed, border patrol will have access to instant cash through our onboard ATMs. How valuable would it be to have our MCRC system’s infrastructure to help and support law enforcement, border patrol, medical response teams, and our national guard.
All MCRC units come standard with emergency resources listed above to meet the critical needs and services immigrants and families need when crossing the border. MCRC units can be stationed along both our Northern and Southern borders to help support the limited resources of our border patrol agents.

How can the MCRC system be utilized in the event of a spontaneous natural disaster? Floods, Tornados, and Earthquakes.
Every state will have access to the MCRC system. The MCRC system will be stored on various military bases, as well as private contractors. and ready for deployment based on population and unique geographical risk to certain predictable emergency service needs. In the event of a spontaneous natural disaster, the MCRC system will deploy to disaster-stricken areas, to provide aid immediately after the natural disaster, and during recovery efforts. The MCRC system will also provide support for first responders, military, utility workers, and contractors during recovery efforts.
How can the MCRC system be used in the event of a Major Power Outage, Electromagnetic Pulses, Power Grid, or Cyber Attacks on our Infrastructure?
Every state will have access to the MCRC system. The MCRC system will be stored and ready for deployment based on population, and unique geographical risk to certain predictable emergency service needs. In the event of a major power outage, the MCRC will offer critical services that are typically lost during such an event. MCRC units can be deployed to large parking lots, such as Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot.
Five of the seven services provided during such an event will prove to be a critical asset during such an emergency event. The following goods and services will be available on the MCRC unit. Ice Machine, ATM Machine, Telescoping Satellite System for Satellite Calls, a Communications Center, Fuel Pump for both regular and diesel gasoline, Water Boiler System, Oxygenator, Water Desalinator, Generator, Restrooms, First Aid Station, and a Digital Billboard that will provide invaluable public service announcements to the public in there time of need.

Where will the CRC units be stored?
MCRC Unites will be stored on Military bases, and hurricane proof warehouses around the country, 75 to 100 unites stored at one time, with a crew to service the units and keep them on stand by and ready to deploy in the event of an emergency situation.
What is the proposed Homeland Infrastructure Defense Team. (HIDT)
HIDT would be a new division of the Government. Similar to FEMA. Where trained personnel are on stand by status to deploy at any moment to meet the needs of the public. An entire division that is well trained, that can service the vehicles.
How can the MCRC be utilized during the Re-Build phase?
The MCRC unit can be strategically placed in key areas to support the re-build of local communities. The MCRC unit can assist other organizations such as the American Red Cross, and the many other organization’s that contribute to the rebuilding of an area hit by catastrophe.
