Why is the MCRC needed now?
Nothing much has changed, in years, in the area of meeting the public’s needs during a natural disaster or man-made crisis. There is still much-unnecessary suffering taking place when such an emergency or crisis strikes.
Americans are forced to endure much hardship, both physical and emotional, due to inadequate infrastructure that is in place to meet the needs of the public during such a crisis.
The MCRC is the easy, patented solution to help change the way both Americans and immigrants are required and expected to endure such hardships. The MCRC system can meet all the basic critical physical and emotional needs of the public in such a crisis.

How can the MCRC unit be used during emergency situations?
The strategic plan for MCRC units will include a 3 phase operation.
1. MCRC units will be placed in strategic geographical locations based on population, and unique projected needs around the country. The MCRC units will be maintained by a combination of the private sector, military, and national guard units. Each MCRC unit will have an assigned crew to service, operate, and be ready for deployment at any time by well-trained personnel. All logistics to service and supply (Gasoline, Diesel, Water, Cash, etc) to the MCRC unit will be pre-planned and a part of the MCRC Standard Operating Procedure manual.
2. MCRC units will be deployed prior to forecasted emergency situations like hurricanes floods, wildfires, riots, etc, to pre-determined locations. MCRC units will also be deployed during sudden and spontaneous natural disasters, or man-made disasters. Rapid response times will be a priority to meet the immediate need.
3. MCRC units will remain in place and fully serviced, during rescue, recovery, and rebuilding phases after a natural disaster or man-made catastrophe. MCRC units can easily be relocated by both land and water to meet the uncertain and developing needs during challenging times. This will continue until ‘normal’ conditions have returned.
How can the CRC Unites be used prior, during, and after a Hurricane?
CMCRC units will be stored, and ready to be deployed prior to the storm’s arrival. MCRC units will be stationed along hurricane evacuation routes. Every 15 miles, a unit can be available to meet the needs of the public.
Thousands could receive the goods and services that are so desperately needed during a Hurricane situation. The following goods and services will be standard on all MCRC Unites. Ice Machine, ATMs, Communications Center including satellite phones and a satellite dish.
Fuel Pump for both regular and diesel gasoline, Water Boiler System, Oxygenator, Water Desalinator, Generator, Restrooms, First Aid Station, & a Digital Billboard that will provide invaluable public service announcements in both Spanish and English to the public in their time of need.
After the storm passes, the MCRC units can remain in place, or be deployed to other critical locations on both land and water, to help meet the needs of emergency service workers, first responders, and vital utility contractors. As well as those who choose not to evacuate.
